Rental Fees & Information

Rental Fees (effective January 1, 2017)

Rental Fees are due by cash or check at the time the reservation is booked. Dates will not be held for inquiries over the phone or by email. Rental Rates are as follow:

Auburn/Williams Township  -   $125.00

Out of District/Non Profits    -  $150.00   

Corporations                          -  $250.00

Rental fees will be forfeited if a date is cancelled. If the date is re-booked rental fees will be refunded after approval.

Effective January 1, 2011, a $100.00 Security Deposit will be required at the time that the key is picked up for each park rental. The Security Deposit will be destroyed or refunded to the Responsible Person named above after City Commission approval, provided the park building and grounds are left clean and undamaged.

The pavilion building offers heat during the winter months a refrigerator, microwave, 8 round tables (seats 6 @ each), about 75 chairs, 7 picnic tables and outside grills.

Please call City Hall at 989-662-6761 with any questions you may have. Inquiries for date availability are undependable until the date is paid and booked. The Park Calendar is available for reference only.


The smaller Lions Club Pavilion is a secondary space available on a first come, first serve basis. With up to 8 picnic tables available, a park grill and located close to the pond, basketball, and volleyball courts it is a great place for a small summer gathering. There is no charge for use of this space.
