DPW Crew Member
The City of Auburn is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time position as DPW Crew Member. A successful candidate should have knowledge in water & sewer systems, road maintenance, general building maintenance, park maintenance and other related areas. Knowledge of computers and technology and experience with snow plowing and heavy equipment operation is very desirable. A valid Michigan CDL Class B (minimum) with air brake or ability to obtain proper endorsements within 3 months, an acceptable driving record and H.S. diploma required. Looking for leadership qualities. Full benefits package offered. Will be required to participate in the department’s on-call rotation. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check.
